Your responsibilities
       

IT Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for 30h/week


 
         IT Operations & Coordination
  • Point of contact for IT-related issues and requests within the organization.
  • Coordinate with the global IT team on projects, migrations, and shared systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in alignment with internal policies and external IT requirements.
  • Ensure shared desks and IT workspaces are tidy and fully operational.
  • Provide set up,  first-line support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

    IT Administration
  • Manage internal SaaS applications and user accounts in a sub-admin role, including access control and configuration within defined permissions.
  • Oversee IT hardware lifecycle: ordering, inventory tracking, maintenance, and disposal in compliance with standards (e.g., NIST).

    Compliance & Security
  • Ensure IT operations align with company security policies and ISO 27001 principles.
  • Support and maintain IT audits and system validation activities 
  • Monitor access controls
Your profile
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 Tools (familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus).
  • Solid hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware (setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of information security standards (ISO 27001 experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English C1 (internal working language).
  • IT experience is a plus, but we're also excited to welcome junior candidates eager to launch their IT careers.

    You can expect a salary starting at EUR 33.880 per year (on full-time basis, 38,5 hours/week based on the collective agreement) with the willingness to overpay according to your qualification and responsibility.
